With fall nearly here, we've been concentrating on ideas to review & refresh your routines, so you can stay on track & live well as the seasons change. In the last few weeks, we've offered our Easy 20-Minute Workouts, one from each of us. You can knock out these simple routines in a jiffy, & stay centered, flexible. stronger & healthier!

As you move into fall, try implementing a few of the ideas in the chart, like switching to pink Himalayan salt, avoiding processed food, taking a walk after dinner, or drinking hibiscus tea. There are lots of ideas to choose from. Pick the ones you can easily assimilate into your everyday life, & just wait & see what a small change can
do!
Fall is an exhilarating season, but also comes with new challenges, changes in every day routines & extra stressors. So the more you to do to increase your chances of being healthier-the happier you'll be!
