Chatting about the importance of breaks, both physically & mentally, reminded me of our Lifestyle Checklist. It's been a lifesaver when times are simply too overwhelming. It breaks everything down into manageable windows that take you outside your immediate problems, release tensions, accomplish quite & bit, & regain focus &
perspective.
It's been a lifesaver more often than I can say! We like 90-minute windows. After that, scientific data suggests it becomes more difficult to concentrate. Many people prefer a 20-minute window.
Whatever works for your unique lifestyle, as you check off a little something for nearly every part of your everyday lifestyle.
You'll be amazed at the results. Not only will you be calmer & more content, but you'll get the confidence that comes from taking control of your time, & with small steps, accomplishing quite a lot!
