Review: Take a good look & be honest about what you’ve managed-or not been able to, & why. Periodic review will keep all your cylinders revved & fine-tuned, so you can keep your progress moving at a good clip.
Refresh: Add, delete, tweak & be realistic & innovative, so your plan stays doable & exciting. If not, your energy will wane & your progress will lapse.
Replenish
: Do you need new sneakers, fit tracker, or meal service? What about a new activity that promotes breathing deeply, like a great yoga class? Remember to replenish your mind, body & spirit, so you stay inspired & motivated.
Reward: People often get caught up in the process, which is awesome! But it’s equally important to acknowledge the progress you’ve made & reward yourself. A great weekend getaway? A massage series? Treat yourself to something healthy & indulgent & make a mental note to pat yourself on the back & share the news with your entourage!
