Measure Your Progress-But, don't use someone else's ruler.
You are unique, & so is your lifestyle. Even though our first response is to compare ourselves with others, it’s a self-defeating activity. Instead, be honest about your goal, the effort you’ve put into it, & the progress you’ve made. There’s a good chance, if you made the initial commitment & a viable plan, you’ve achieved a measure of success. Take a moment
to think about that, & make sure you acknowledge the progress you’ve made.
We realize, when you’ve got a million things on your mind, it can be difficult to keep track of daily tasks, goals or habits. So we created a tracker where you could mark off tasks after you completed them. This helps you see when was the last time you completed tasks like clean out the basement and organize the kitchen, while it also helps you get closer to your
goals. How? Let’s take losing weight for example. If that is your goal, you will need to introduce new habits into your every day life. Things like exercise and eating less unhealthy foods. By using our free printable habit tracker it will hopefully help you to get in the habit (and out of the habit) of doing certain behaviors and reach your goals!
Then, find a way to reward your efforts, reasonably, of course! There’ll be time enough to critique & tweak your plans, & you should. But for now, it’s important to recognize where you were, & how far you’ve come. That way, you’ll stay inspired & motivated.
