Do yourself the biggest favor you can by adding enough fiber to your diet. No need to take a supplement. There is a realm
of delicious foods to choose from: whole grains in cereals, rice, & breads, of course. But also, figs, berries, pears, broccoli, avocados, peas, artichokes, beans, & lentils. No reason not to be fiber-rich!
